Fast-rising Nigerian actor, Henry Blaq.
In the interview, the budding actor and filmmaker known for his role as Officer Brooks (Super Cop) in the latest action series - "The Super Cop" has said he had so much respect for senior colleagues with genuine humility.
The young actor reminisced about meeting a Nollywood icon, late Sam Obiago who had passed.
In his words:
"I've always had so much respect for senior colleagues with genuine humility irrespective of social strata, and one of the greatest moments I've had was meeting the late Nollywood icon, Sam Obiago, at an audition.
"It wasn't the first time meeting him, we had met at one Delta Peace Concert back in 2017. He epitomized simplicity.
"And the best part was, after that audition, he looked at me as young as I was, bade me kudos and advised I get education first. I would think, he saw the passion obviously (Laughs).
"To me, he did that because of the love he had for younger actors to thrive in the industry.
"And early before I learnt his passing, I had his picture in my head to play one of the lead roles in my film 'More Than A Crack.' Unfortunately, before we would actualize that film, I heard his passing. So sad. I then had to rack my brains for another role interpreter who would fit in.
"In fact, he was a simple, kind and humble man and his legacy lives on," the young actor eulogized.
